Carmen Winter, is a design strategist and drug policy researcher based in Washington, D.C. She has played a crucial role in fostering community-driven ecosystems focused on education and mutual aid. Carmen brings a unique background as a design strategist, with experience in web design, graphic design, marketing, creative direction, brand development and project management. She is passionate about developing emergent strategies to make a lasting impact at the intersection of drug policy, technology, education, and community empowerment.
Carmen has a B.A. in History from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), and a Masters in UX Design from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA).
